About Mark
I'm a software engineer working in London for one of the largest private travel companies in the world, where we are incrementally implementing a host of agile and lean processes and practices. I also look at improving User Experience for our products and dabble in a few organisational science fields including Knowledge Management and Innovation. This blog reflects on the successes and failures I've had, and the lessons I've learnt in the process. My particular interests are "enterprisey" and include lean software principles, systems thinking, and general management science topics. I'm studying an Msc in Management Birkbeck College, University of London and help run the London Birkbeck College Innovation students group.
