I’m a software engineer working for a travel company in London where we are incrementally implementing a host of agile and lean processes and practices. This blog reflects on the successes and failures we’ve had, and the lessons I’ve learnt in the process. My particular interests are “enterprisey” and include knowledge management, systems thinking, lean software development, the cultivation and diffusion of innovation in the organisation and software management generally. Oh and Web 2.0, of course. I’m also studying a Msc in Management which will also affect my blog content.
